How to Disable Microsoft Outlook's Email Merge Virus Warning

Problem: When doing an email merge through Outlook 2000, Outlook 2002 (XP), or Outlook 2003, you continually receive the warning:

A program is trying to access an email address you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this? If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should choose 'No.'

Solution: This is an Outlook security feature to guard against most email viruses that are spread through email attachments, as well as protect users from worm viruses that replicate through Microsoft Outlook. You can use a free third-party tool, available here, to bypass this issue.

NOTE: We do not support this tool and are not responsible for any affects arising from its use.
