To activate SharePoint users and add SharePoint sites:

1. Go to "My Settings" page in your Control Panel, then click "Users".
2. Activate each SharePoint user by clicking on the "General Settings" dropdown menu, selecting "SharePoint Enable" and filling in the necessary fields in the form.
3. Click on the "SharePoint sites" button in the navigation bar, and then click "Add SharePoint Site".
4. Follow the instructions on the page to create your site.
