What is MyArchive?

MyArchive is a secure and reliable solution for personal email storage. This hosted archiving service enables individual users to access their personal email archive, letting them manage their own email storage, including the ability to search, view and restore emails quickly and easily without having to place a request with the IT staff each time they wish to retrieve data. MyArchive can be purchased with our GuardDoc Basic Archiving or Archiving for Compliance service or it can be purchased as a standalone archiving service for as many users as you wish.

Some companies prefer to give personal email archive access to a limited number of users who may have a large volume of email or senior executives who wish to maintain control over company confidential information.  Other companies enable MyArchive accounts for all employees so the IT staff is no longer distracted by requests to restore archived data. There are no minimum commitments and no storage limits.

• View content of emails, open attachments and print them out.
