If you are on a plan that requires you to enable ActiveSync before you can setup your phone, you will need to do so in the control panel. Please log in to your control panel and enable the ActiveSync service for the user you are setting up. Once enabled, please follow the instructions below.
- On the ANDROID device please select Settings > Accounts & Sync > Add Account > Exchange ActiveSync.

- On the next screen please enter your email address and password. Press Next
- Enter the corresponding settings in the appropriate fields when prompted:
Note: If your company signed up for Exchange 2010 after 3/29/2012 then you have the Enterprise version of Exchange 2010.
SH11 Exchange 2010 Enterprise:
Email Address: your email address
Server Address: mail11.123together.com
Domain: sh11.lan
User Name: Company.User (This user name can be found in the control panel in the drop down menu for the user > "outlook setup" and username: Company.User.)
Password: your password
SH10 Exchange 2010 Hosted:
Email Address: your email address
Server Address: mail10.123together.com
Domain: sh10.lan
User Name: Company.User (This user name can be found in the control panel in the drop down menu for the user > "outlook setup" and username: Company.User.)
Password: your password
Exchange 2007:
Email Address: your email address
Server Address: exch1.123together.com
Domain: mail
User Name: Company.User (This user name can be found in the control panel in the drop down menu for the user > "outlook setup" and username: Company.User.)
Password: your password
Ensure that “use secure connection (SSL) is selected and then press next.

- Your device will now try and connect to the Exchange Server using the details that you entered.

- Once the connection is successfully established, you will be prompted to select the account options and data you would like to sync. Please choose the options you prefer and click choose finish to complete the setup process.
