You can use Microsoft's Windows-based PDAs/mobile devices to wirelessly sync and access your Microsoft Exchange Server mailbox.
On your device select Start > ActiveSync.
In the ActiveSync panel select Menu > Add Server Source.
Enter name of the ActiveSync server: Note: If your company signed up for Exchange 2010 after 3/29/2012 then you have the Enterprise version of Exchange 2010.

Server: mail11.123together.com
Check "This server requires an encrypted (SSL) connection option."
Press Next.
In the User Information panel complete the following fields: Note: If your company signed up for Exchange 2010 after 3/29/2012 then you have the Enterprise version of Exchange 2010.
SH11 Exchange 2010 Enterprise Username: Company.Username(This user name can be found in the control panel in the drop down menu for the user > "outlook setup" and username: Company.User.)
Password: your email password Domain: sh11.lan
SH10 Exchange 2010 Hosted Username: Company.Username (This user name can be found in the control panel in the drop down menu for the user > "outlook setup" and username: Company.User.) Password: your email password
Domain: sh10.lan
Check "Enable Save password option." Press Next.
In the Options panel choose the data you want to synchronize with the server.
