Note: This works on any Apple iPhone with the version 2.0 software. The iPhone 3G comes with it, the older model phones will need to be upgraded. If you already have your iPhone running Microsoft Exchange Server with IMAP, disable the account in Mail Settings.
If you have not upgraded the software, or prefer not to use ActiveSync, you can still use IMAP.
- Upgrade your phone to iPhone OS 2.0 if necessary.
- Go to Settings and select (Mail, Contacts, Calendars

- Choose “add account.”

- Select “Microsoft Exchange.”

- Enter the Following::
Note: If your company signed up for Exchange 2010 after 3/29/2012 then you have the Enterprise version of Exchange 2010.
SH11 Exchange 2010 Enterprise:
Email Address: youremail@yourdomain.com
Server: mail11.123together.com
Domain: sh11.lan
User Name: company.user (This user name can be found in the control panel in the drop down menu for the user > "outlook setup" and username: Company.User.)
Password: your password

SH10 Exchange 2010 Hosted:
Email Address: youremail@yourdomain.com
Server: mail11.123together.com
Domain: sh11.lan
User Name: company.user (This user name can be found in the control panel in the drop down menu for the user > "outlook setup" and username: Company.User.)
Password: your password

Note: If you do not see a “server” field on the screen, simply enter the settings it asks for and click next. The following screen will have an option to enter the server.
- Setup will complete and will now ask you to choose the data you would like to sync. You may choose Mail, Contacts or Calendar or all three.

Note: You cannot sync Contacts and Calendars from both Exchange and iTunes. You must choose one or the other. The iPhone will delete your old entries when you enable this.
- Choose done. Your setup has now completed. Please allow some time for the data to synchronize.
