Setting Folder Permissions for Calendar Contacts and Mail folders in Microsoft Outlook 2010

Open Microsoft Outlook
Choose the folder that you want to share with another user on the system. Choose the “folder” tab and then Folder Permissions.
Choose “Add” and then select the user to whom you would like to give permission.
Once the user is added you will need to choose the “permission level”. Choose the drop-down arrow and select the appropriate permission level.
Press “Apply” and “Ok”

The user will now have permission to open and, depending on the permission level that was assigned, modify the selected folder.
