BlackBerry Folder Redirection

To have the ability to view and synchronize your Outlook subfolders on your BlackBerry, you must setup “Folder Redirection”.  Please follow the steps below to configure folder redirection.

1. On the device open your messages folder.
2. Press the BlackBerry menu key.
3. From the menu choose “options”.
4. Select “email settings”.
5. Press the Menu Key.
6. Select “folder redirection”.
7. Choose the subfolders you would like to sync.
8. Press the return arrow and save your changes.

Your subfolders that you selected to sync will now sync new messages.

Note: Subfolders will not sync previous data. Subfolders will only sync data from the time you enabled the folder redirection.
