Log into your online control panel and choose Users. Then choose “Add Resource Mailbox” under Actions for Your Domain. (Located at the bottom of the user list.)
Complete the required fields and select the “owner” of the resource mailbox. (The owner will have access to the calendar to make changes.) Then choose how the calendar will accept requests.
Your Resource Mailbox has now been setup. Users may start booking this resource immediately. However, for those users who use Microsoft Outlook, this resource may not appear in the Global Address List for up to 48 hours.
