Problem:
During the enterprise activation of your BlackBerry you get the following error message: "An error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator".
This error occurs when the Enterprise Activation password on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server has not been set.
Solution:
You will need to reset the enterprise activation password. To do this:
- Login to the Control Panel.
- Click Users.
- Click the drop-down arrow next to users name and select "BlackBerry".
- Click "Reset Enterprise Activation Password to cat".
