Reprovision Your Good Mobile Messaging Treo Device
Sometimes there may be a need to reinstall Good Mobile Messaging on your device. After reinstalling you will need to reprovision Good Mobile Messaging. To do this:
- Login to the Control Panel. Click the drop-down menu to the right of the users name and select "Good Mobile Messaging."
- Click Regenerate Pin.
- Go to the Good Mobile Messaging home screen on your device.
- Type the word "debug" without the quotes - you will
not be able to see the characters as you're typing. After typing
the word a command line prompt will appear. At the command prompt,
type "reprov" without the quotes and click Enter.
You will see a message that says "This will erase ALL data
and reprovision the device - are you sure you want to do this?"
This will not erase the entire handheld - only Good Mobile Messaging will be re-installed.
- Type a capital Y. The device will reprovision and soft-reset itself. After is has completed run the fetch command to repopulate your sub-folders.
